Heard a study recently that showed long term they can show where the flu shot has ever done any good at either saving lives or reducing sickness. This was over decades, not just last year's shot.
I used to take it annually. Don't trust them not to stick the covid shot in with it so I quit around covid. Never got the covid shot, never got covid, have only gotten one cold since 2019 or before. Never get the flu.
