We bring our overall trade deficit down.........and possibly turn it positive. Pulling the reigns back on world policing would take us a long way. Or at least the threat of pulling back..............like has been already accomplished with NATO. Thank goodness we're making these changes. I didn't think we had the political will to accomplish moves like that anymore.
