And just like last time the trade war isn’t nearly all of the problem. China has been buying more from SA for a long time. They have started their purchases from us later in the year every year for the last handful of years. SA grew a massive crop this year, until they are sold out no real reason to buy from us, just like other years.
And here lies the problem
