Malta, Illinois | The problem is we hear crickets from Washington in regards to any trade deals that might benefit agriculture. I am not talking about handouts or free money. I am wondering where is the the substantive discussion about trade deals that can benefit American agriculture? I haven't heard boo about agriculture from this administration for quite some time. A few months ago there was a lot of buzz on here that India was going to be the next China for us. I think the shine is pretty well off that idea. India is not very happy with us right now. I just don't see anything on the horizon or hear anything about possible deals that is going to help this situation. I believe we were told something along the lines of we were going to be using a lot of our own products and to have fun. When is the fun going to start? | |
