I don't see how you guys get the lube down in the bead area when it is tighter than an Irish Jew. I use dawn cut 25% water 75% and hope it soaks into that area. Every tire going back together here gets something, usually vegetable shortening or Murphy;s. Helped a guy clean up someone else's mess with 30 to 50 year old tires on rims, no amount of beating with a duck bill or stabbing with a skid steer could get some of them lose, ended up using fire.
