NW Wisconsin | X2 always tempting but majority of "hay" around here is grass that might get a shot of 100 lbs of urea and thats it. Tempted to take a forage sample... Some of this stuff cant be any better than straw. Soil samples on this stuff come back sub 5 ppm phos and 30 ppm K cant be too nutritious of hay... Nothing for the hay to take out of the ground lol.
I do find it comical people that sell hay for 20$ a bale. Why even do it at that point lol | |
