When you worked on it 600 hours ago did it fix the problem and could you turn the fan by hand then?
Clarification. I bought the machine with 2500 hours, June '22. No issues until last summer around 3400 hours. I replaced the belt and tensioner last winter at 3900 hours. No change. Found out this morning that Komatsu replaced the tensioner when they replaced the EGR cooler right before I bought it. I never tried to turn the fan until it started making noise and slipping. I could still turn the fan after the new parts this winter. |
