TX Panhandle | If I follow you right, you replaced the belt and tensioner 600 hours ago and it fixed the issue you have now?
If so, replace the fan pulley and belt again. Grooves are worn too deep and have worn the belt(compare to new) to where they don’t grab each other. Crank pulley is probably worn too but since the AC load makes it worse I think you can get away with not replacing it. Got to love those engineers brainchild giving no room.
Can you turn the fan pulley by hand with engine off? Have seen this on a combine that is direct drive. Assuming your ex doesn’t have a fan clutch.
