There should be a place on the fuel filter base to remove a plug and install a pressure gauge to VERIFY whether you have fuel pressure or not. I think 25 psi should be enough to start it and then I'd expect 75 psi up to 100 psi depending on engine speed.
I think it's more like 75 psi

I know the N14 select needs 85 to start |
