Central ND | Replaced the serpentine belt and tensioner with genuine Komatsu parts. Issue is the fan hub slips, dramatically worse when trying to run the a/c, but even without the fan slips at full rpm. Machine has 4000 hours, this was a problem last summer at 3400. About 1600 rpm seems to be the limit at what the belt can withstand. I've attached a pic of the belt routing, I believe it's a design flaw, not enough contact on the fan hub.
