Mice don't like to crawl through oil. I spray down my corn head and bean head with wd40 when I put them away.
I spray all the metal, so they have to walk through the oil to get to the wiring.
They sell a big can with a nozzle for a wide angle spray that works well.
Diesel would probably work also.
Has anybody found a product to spray on wiring harnesses to deter mice?
