NENE | In some years old crop is at a premium but not now. If you have good dry corn in the bin it might be a blending opportunity with new crop and save on some drying costs if you can make it work. I had a similar situation once and got the elevator to average moisture on the contract. Starting delivering 17% corn out of the field and 13% from the bin at the same time. It worked great but the field corn dried fast that year and it wasn’t long before everything was dry enough. Almost impossible to get anybody to average moisture around here these days
