We signed a new 5 year deal with a city type land owner a few years back. We fertilized, limed and spread manure on it just like our own for at least 20 years. Never knew if you were afoot or horseback with his wife. A few months after the 5 year deal they sold the land to a conniving neighbor. Best thing that ever happened!
