Because anyone who isn't it full fledged MAGA is the enemy to him. It doesn't matter if your a traditional conservative who would never vote for a democrat or not.
Why would Trump take the farmer's side over big oil? Big oil has more money and farmers in mass will vote for Trump (or his designated successor) even if he outlawed producing corn in the US. Look at the large pile of SREs he granted his last day in office the first go around. | |
