This whole conversation argues for much higher gold prices. Bitcoin is not ready for prime time. It's still a speculative play and not yet a store of wealth.
What will the USD do? Not sure. I see the world wanting to decouple, but what is the alternative foreign investment will trust? The USD is backed by the full faith of the US military, if nothing else.
