I think we need to clarify which APH we are talking here. My actual yield (Adj. yield on paper) is 156. After buying TA (trend adjustment) and YE (yield exclusion) my Approved Yield is 188 TAYE. Big difference. Don't confuse actual yields with crop insurance APH yields. Farmers wonder why land and rent keep going up. Plus, if it is too wet, which is the case in the Dakota's quite frequently (especially too wet for cow guys***), we can still get paid and plant feed for our cows.
