First you don’t get only 4”. And no you definitely don’t get more extreme wet. You can hold the same amount of subsoil moisture as we can. And yes when that gets full that extra 15” isn’t worth anything. You keep acting like somehow we can store more than 10-12” of plant usable water.
2019 still would like a word on your eastern moisture.
