That’s what you hear from a handful of areas, until they don’t catch the rains. They sell it that way and then SE MN and NE Iowa said what last year? Lol. That’s why submoisture, if you don’t work it too wet and plant in mud, makes a lot of difference. Doesn’t mean you aren’t forced into it, but that’s the problem with folks getting too big as well IMHO.
