For the hundredth time, if you’re competent, you tile for such scenario if they are more likely out east. Why you have zero understanding of such things is just baffling. This is probably why the USDA takes 3 years or more to try and reconcile a crop and doesn’t know how to run a quick report so they cut them out to “save money.” Jesus. Not hard.
