So maybe your weather isn't nearly as desperate as you want us to believe.
Edit: Interesting how you still dont understand what 40+ rain in a year can do. 2019 ring a bell. 25-30" with the majority in June-Aug is perfect grain growing conditions. Thats what you have. Your biggest issue is heat not moisture.
