Can you blame them? Now they won’t even give us county level data. I didn’t know running excel or access was that hard of a report to run. “Saving money” is BS unless they found the most ridiculous way to run the data ever.
Then again, all the moisture that comes in the winter and stores submoisture doesn’t count according to you.
They don't count us but maybe they better this year
