Lots of folks really buy into the “old equipment is awesome” context and away they go. They also tend to have 10 times the equipment they need as backups and think newer stuff is dumb. Then, they claim only”new and shiny equipment” farms get opportunities. When one reads between the lines, you probably know what’s actually happening. You see it on this site all the time.
