NW IL | I was talking to a JD salesman recently who said the same thing. They are taking a beating on newer stuff, but he said anything under $250k he was moving fairly well.
I also agree with the earlier comment about 100k being a holding point. Depending on down payment that might be a $20,000 a year payment. On 1000ac that's only $20/ac which many could probably pencil in without stretching numbers too outrageously. | |
