| The old pre-emissions stuff always sells well if it is in good shape.
The new late model half million dollar ballpark stuff either gets fire sold or sits on the lot 2-3 years.
This is by design, equipment manufacturers don't like the fact you can drive 20 year old equipment and get by just fine. The new stuff they are turning out has you coming back quicker as you are essentially forced to get newer as it is no long economically feasible to repair once the extremely high price to repair complicated machinery exceeds its value. It's called planned obsolescence. | |
