We are currently showing the beginnings of stagflation, so we also have that to look forward to.
The current U.S. economic environment shows **early signs of stagflation**—slowing GDP growth (1.2–1.7%), rising unemployment (4.1–4.4%), and inflation above target (2.6–3.1%)—driven largely by tariff policies and trade uncertainty.
