| Just was talking with wife last night we got married 1975 just out of community college. Jobs were hard to find pay so so. No unions in retail ag business. Union contracts with auto cost of living raises created the spiral. Everybody plays until they can't. That was gave us the 80's. Dad bought into it. Bought land then sold it to just hang on. Eventually come out of it. To me debt is slavery. This land will never have debt again as long as I am in charge. Expansion can be in many ways. | |
