coast of Maine | I could go on and on,,have a friend,,,very very particular,often offers his rigging,I dont borrow as he likes to complain if it has even less air pressure in tires when returned by others,,thats a trap.He enjoys the being perfect.I have a friend whom offers his stuff to borrow whom has nothing but beat up rigging,,he asks to borrow,,this is a trap as well,,did loan and had to go get it when needed.It was beat hard.I am all for supplying parts etc that neighbors can replace as it helps them that way.Equip especially trucks is a hard no.Just the insurable issues that could arise..perhaps the employee likes weed/drink and accident happens,,injures others,,you my sir are frigged.In this state if you injure another in a wreck you are taken immediately to a drug/alcohol test,,then the friggin comes hard from attorneys waiting for the big payout..I was in a fatal wreck decades ago,other ran a flashing red,,he was dead..I went into custody,,drug test at med center,I was 100% clean and not at fault.But they still wanted to sue me,,if I had drugs in me ,,there went the farm,,,so to speak. | |
