| I was wrong. I didn't think we had a chance for those numbers 3 weeks ago. Getting humbled on this white clay one more time.
Went into August with perfect soybean conditions. Just needed a couple half inch rains in August to finish off my 3.6's. They're turning now. Probably 3 weeks away. No rain since late July and nothing in the 10 day forecast.
Podded excellent but gonna be small or abort. My 4.1's will likely be worse. Big swath of soybean country appears to be in a similar situation. Maybe 10% of my area has caught some really nice pop up downpours. The good heavy ground in my area is fine, I just don't have any.
