And good luck with that. You cd very well spend $5k on a lawyer to get your $500 back.
And 1 point is being left out. Did he sign his name saying the $500 was refundable? Or that he had to buy the truck?
I'm sure he signed something and that's what's going to matter.
Something is there in the fine print that has been missed.
