You SHOULD BE HAPPY it's a 26 instead of a 25.

Why do you want a year old truck for a few $ less? There are thousands of 26s on the lot already with $7k off on half tons, not sure about 3/4.
And lastly, down the road a 26 will book for at least 5k more than a 25. So it cost you $500 to gain $5k and you're complaining? Wow.
