So why doesn't it flip the front up in the air while unloading front to rear?

I've never seen anyone at the front of the plane remain seated until the rear of the plane is empty. Not even the pilots.

It can happen.

There are tail stands that can be placed to assure the plane doesn’t tip during loading and unloading.
