Pilot Grove, Missouri | Same here in Central MO. Wet April/early May, very wet June, okay rain in July but very little in August. I am watching the beans across the fence on my neighbor in the front of my house and see the spots where they are burning up and dying and the patch is growing each day. I have some bad clay spots in my bean fields doing the same. And yes very much a repeat of of 2024 - but I guess better than the full droughts of 2023 and 2022 - at least corn (especially April planted) will mostly be okay but bean yields will suffer again for the 4th year in a row. | |
