You need to pack them so the box can be used as a football and not damage the contents.  Oh, and don't mark it as FRAGILE, that just makes it a challenge to a bored handler.  Remember, to you this is a special box.  To the guy handling it this is just one random box in a couple thousand on the truck he needs to load or unload as quickly as possible.  

I would wrap each item in bubble wrap, not layer it but wrap and tape in place. Then line the box with bubble wrap and place the items inside.  Don't make the rookie mistake of cushioning the top and bottom of the box but not the sides.
