WC IL | We don't have such a thing here anymore, unless you call the Master Gardeners and those helping the farmer's market crowd extension agents. Last one we had was excellent, if you wanted to talk to him you better have his cell number because he was out in the field every day. Had an email list you could get on and he would email alerts when he found something concerning, and he was really sharp. I talked to him on an almost weekly basis. He retired just ahead of the legislature cutting funding for Ag extension agents because they needed to fund programs for the folks in the cities. | |
