SW OH | Another thing I just thought of. Our bylaws say that the agenda of the meeting is to be given to the directors 3 days before the meeting. The agenda was handed out as we walked into the meeting.
If I had known of the agenda before the meeting I would have aquired more information about the item. If I had known then what I know now, I would have raised hell and maybe made a difference.
