The oat milling facility/coop is what will make or break it for me economically regardless of this 80. On that train of thought, might as well buy the farm because will either have the money to pay for it in a few years or will be selling a lot more than just this. :-). Excited to be insulated from commodity prices and the board on a bunch of acres soon. | |
