A good 80? Across the fence? You can rip the fence out.........for 14,000? It might be my area but 14,000 hasn't bought much around here for quite some time. There hasn't been much sell recently so maybe it would today idk.
Id probably buy it outright, but be prepared to sell the least desirable 80-100 acres in order to take some of the financial pressure off.
