I wish Coke was still cola and a joint was a bad place to be.....back before Nixon lied to us all on tv. What's the vibration of the future generation? Handing over the keys includes some debt.
The issue is this amount of debt because the asset values are so high. 20 years with normal interest? Sure, fine. 40 years with FSA interest and it still doesn't cash flow? That's a problem.
