It seems to me that you are leaving out some important details. Do you have children who want to farm? Are the acres you are describing all yours, or part your dad's and your uncle's? In all reality, the chances of being debt-free by the time your reach your 60's is pretty slim. Right now, you are still in your prime. Are you going to be able to slow down and still make the payments?
