With current commodity prices it stands no chance of cash flowing.
???
I guess I don't remember any land in the last 50 years that cash flowed by itself.
It needs other paid for land or rented land to help it out.
Between the lines of Merle Haggard and the land you have bought and paid for it should surely work.
And don't bring up the 80s. It's not quite that bad yet.
