Western Nebraska | If you have ruled out physical causes of it, you are probably dealing with an attention getting thing. Our daughter was nearly 3 and a half before we finally got her potty trained. We tried about everything you mentioned until I finally got smart and realized she was playing us. When I finally started acting like I didn't care and even more ignored it as much as possible she finally started to take herself to the bathroom. We had set up a downward spiral because we allowed the potty issue to become an attention getter. Once she realized she could get attention by wetting herself she wasn't about to stop. It was one of those battles we couldn't possibly win, so we just stopped fighting it. Perhaps this idea might be something else to try.
