Subject: RE: Winter Wheat and Boron

West Kentucky
We applied 2 qts in 2024 at heading in some strips with no yield response. This year we ran 2 qts and 1 gallon on some strips with nitrogen with no yield response. Last year we had a below average crop with freeze damage and this year we had one of our best wheat crops. Our soils test low for boron, but haven't been able to measure a yield response yet. Been wanting to run some copper strips as well, but haven't done it yet. We are still running some boron, but not sure we have ever measured a response in corn, wheat, or beans.
