Spent a lot of my life in front of a plow. Loved that job. Part of me wants to buy one to plow a few fields a year, but then I think about all the time I spent underneath it wrenching. That was the most hated job especially when it was cold and half frozen.

Just got done putting points on. Points are bad. $11.75 per bag for bolts!. Had a dozen pads in the barn for the landslide. I have no idea how much that little piece of steel is but spent an hour hard surfacing them to try to make them last a little longer. Almost burned up a set of points in less than 40 acres. Come over and get my plow if you want to do a little. I only plow a 100 acres a year. The rest of the time it sits there and rusts. Those tupe shins your dad gave me are still on there. Those things are great but I can't buy them anymore
