If I came to your place I'd be jealous of your dirt.just the way farmers are. Always better across the fence! This is good dirt. If you can get what you planted up and get a couple rains, you will always have something. It's tiled very well but it's also the kind of stuff that you just don't work wet. You pay a serious penalty for at least 2 years.
