If so, I'm sure that in IL you do NOT need a commercial applicators license if applying to your own fields/crops. Doesn't matter whether you're applying with submarines or balloons, or anything in between.
This would have nothing to do with all the FAA Part 107-108 licensing & aerial applicators (IL) license needed. As I mentioned above, if you only have a private applicators (IL spray license) and the neighbor wants you to spray his field with your drone, you'd better say no. Same difference if you own a JD 4038 sprayer w/a private app license and neighbor asks for you to spray his.....better say no. |
