If you haven't done your legal research then contact your states attorney for advise on how this will go. I don't think you will like the answer.
I know of a case several years ago that was dismissed by county judge because there wasn't a No Trespassing sign posted. He was a tough on crime, by the book judge too.
Headlands comments are pretty accurate regarding this situation. In Illinois if it is not posted and they agree to leave when discovered you will not have a case.
Other states may be different. If they are in violation of a statute the first question is What are your damages sir?? | |
