Ohio | Supposedly higher brix is correlated to better tasting in tomatoes. Also higher brix means more disease/insect resistance.
It would be interesting to test higher disease tolerant varieties, I assume they have higher brix than a hybrid that can’t handle any disease pressure.
Have you tried raising brix levels thru any method you can control? I read about people achieving higher brix but can’t replicate it.
To the original poster this tool looks interesting but you need to provide resources on how to correct deficiencies identified or else people will probably just quit using the tool after a couple of years. | |
