Subject: A happy medium in diet

Pittsburg, Kansas

Mark Sisson is not a person I have particularly followed in my quest for a better diet and life. I have watched a few presentations where he has been interviewed and have always thought he approached life in a very reasonable and informed way. This presentation is no exception. I think he makes some very good points and looks at eating in a very reasonable way.

You have the vegans, the carnivores, the ketogenic diet proponents and various other diets that say "this is the only or the best way to eat". Mark has a more nuanced view in that metabolic flexibility is more the holy grail of metabolism and what we eat rather than any extreme. More the "moderation" theme but moderate in eating that is ancestral appropriate.

I like the way he thinks.
