Bottom of the Mitten
I had volunteer corn in some beans last year, quite heavy in a small area. Previous year's corn was not liberty resistant. Sprayed beans with liberty and roundup (both full rates), thinking the liberty would kill the volunteer corn. It did not. It did yellow it up for a while but it came right out of it. Actually had decent ears on it at bean harvest time. It was a small area so I didn't lose any sleep over it. Are you certain the seed didn't have a mixup an that seed wasn't liberty resistant? I'm not sure if that's possible but I was surprised to find the liberty would only set it back and not kill it
