I've seen moderate/heavy pressure in ear zone and below can result in dead corn in 30 days. 50% dent-black layer. Small patches throughout the field that got established and blew up with southern rust. Guessing 20-30 bu hit in those patches, but doubt it would have paid to spray whole field a second time with the patches totaling 5% of the field.
